does anyone know why some RR levels won't anything

i mean textures wise and various other things i tried to put their voc and num and art files in 3 different source ports and no luck i even have drag them in the source port it self and most levels coming from 1998 to 2003 won't show their textures any help would be nice

btw i can't specify which levels because all of them are broken at least the ones coming from lone bullet site
